Delivery Guidelines
Receiving Your Order
Our couriers will contact you via email/text with an estimated delivery time on your chosen delivery day. This allows you to select the most suitable delivery option if you're not available.
All orders require proof of delivery (photo + recipient name) unless you specify a safe place with the courier.
Important: Our treats are perishable food items. We don't recommend leaving them unattended outside and cannot guarantee quality if left unattended.
If You're Not In
Couriers will leave parcels in a safe place unless you specify otherwise, as our goods are perishable and we try to complete delivery on the scheduled date wherever possible.
- Check for delivery cards from our couriers
- Check with neighbours who may have accepted delivery
- Look in designated safe areas (porch, garage, etc.)
Missing orders must be reported within 24 hours of dispatch.
