Where do you deliver?
We deliver UK-wide, including Scotland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Wales, and Northern Ireland. Internationally, we deliver to most European countries and the United States. Contact us for international delivery quotes and timeframes.
When do you deliver?
Tuesday to Saturday. Saturday delivery excludes Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands. All available delivery dates are shown in our calendar.
How quickly can I get my order?
Order by 2.30pm Monday to Thursday for next working day delivery. Order by 1pm Friday for Next Day Premium Saturday delivery.
What are your delivery options and costs?
- Express Tracked Delivery: £5.95 (Tuesday to Friday)
- Saturday Delivery: £11.95 (order by 1pm Friday)
- FREE DELIVERY: On orders over £75 (UK only, Tuesday to Friday delivery days)
Can I choose my delivery date?
Yes! Select your preferred delivery date during checkout using our calendar. The calendar shows all available dates and any delivery surcharges. We recommend choosing one day earlier than needed - our treats stay perfectly fresh in their compostable packaging, so you're covered.
Which couriers do you use?
DPD, DHL and Royal Mail. All offer full tracking, with DPD and DHL providing timed delivery windows and on-demand delivery options.
What if I'm not in when you try to deliver?
Our couriers will contact you via email/text with an estimated delivery time on your chosen delivery day. This allows you to select the most suitable delivery option if you're not available. Couriers will leave parcels in a safe place unless you specify otherwise, as our goods are perishable and we try to complete delivery on the scheduled date wherever possible.
Can I collect my order in person?
Yes! Select the date and time you'd like to collect during checkout. For orders placed by 10am, same-day collection is possible between 1pm and 4pm. Collection is available Monday to Friday from our Leicester bakery.
Are your treats suitable for plant-based diets?
Yes! All our treats are 100% plant-based.
Do your treats contain gluten?
No, our treats are completely gluten-free. Our bakery is 100% dedicated gluten-free with zero cross-contamination risk.
Are your treats suitable for people with nut allergies?
No, our treats are not suitable for those with nut allergies. We use almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, pecans and pistachios in our bakery. We do have products that don't contain nuts (e.g. cheesecakes and cream teas), however they're produced in the same environment where nuts are handled.
Are your treats soya-free?
Yes! 100% soya-free. We don't handle soya anywhere in our facility.
Do your products contain alcohol?
No, all our products are alcohol-free.
Do you offer sugar-free options?
We don't currently offer sugar-free cakes, but all our treats are made with natural ingredients and no artificial sweeteners.
How can I be sure your treats are safe for gluten-free, dairy-free, soya-free and egg-free diets?
Our bakery is 100% dedicated gluten-free and plant-based with SALSA certification. We don't handle dairy, gluten, eggs or soya anywhere in our facility and we trace every ingredient from source to finish. Complete peace of mind for those dietary requirements.

How long do treats stay fresh?
Shelf life from date of dispatch (minimum):
- Cookies: 4 days
- Cakes: 7 days
- Brownies: 10 days
- Cheesecakes: 4 days
- Tarts: 4 days
- Afternoon Tea: 5 days
Certain products have a far longer shelf life, e.g. our brownies. See individual products for details.
How should I store my treats?
Store in the refrigerator once received, except cookies which should be kept in a cool, dry place.
Can your treats be frozen?
Some can be frozen, but freezing may affect quality:
- Scones: Yes, but not recommended
- 'Not Clotted Cream': No
- Brownies: Yes
- Cakes: No
- Cheesecakes: No
- Tarts: No
- Cookies: Yes
How do I serve my treats for the best experience?
Scones: Best enjoyed warm. Reheat in oven at 170°C for 3-5 minutes or microwave for 10 seconds. Serve with 'Not Clotted Cream' and jam.
Brownies & Cakes: Remove from fridge and allow to come to room temperature before serving.
Cheesecakes: Serve straight from the fridge.
Tarts: Remove from fridge and allow to stand for 15 minutes before enjoying.
Cookies: Enjoy instantly or gently warm for a cookie dough treat.
Can I send your treats as a gift?
Absolutely! Our treats make perfect gifts with beautiful sustainable packaging and occasion-led branded sleeves.
Can I add a personal message?
Yes! Add personalised gift notes at checkout. Plus, we now offer personal video messages - making every delivery truly unforgettable.
Will the recipient know how much I paid?
No, we send invoices electronically to save paper - no pricing information goes in the gift box.
Can I customise flavours in selection boxes?
Of course! If there are flavours you don't like, let us know when you've placed your order and we'll sort it for you.
How else can I personalise my order?
Add gift sleeves, personalised notes and video messages at checkout. For larger orders, contact us for additional personalisation options.
Do you offer wedding favours?
Yes! We can create beautiful wedding favours for your special day. Contact us to discuss your requirements.
Do you have a children's range?
Yes! Our Little Bugs range is specially designed for children - same great taste in child-friendly portions.
Do you make personalised cakes?
We don't offer fully custom cake designs, but we do offer celebration and birthday cakes that can be personalised with messages and gift notes.
Can I choose the gift card amount?
Yes! Choose any value between £25 and £100.
How do gift cards work?
Purchase online, and we'll email the gift certificate to the recipient with a unique redemption code.
Can I add a message to my gift card?
Yes! Include up to 200 characters of personalised messaging.
How do I place an order?
Add items to basket, go to cart to select delivery date, then checkout and follow the simple prompts.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
How do I use a discount code or voucher?
Enter your discount code at checkout in the designated field and click apply.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Orders cannot be amended once placed to protect against fraud. Please ensure delivery addresses and order details are correct at checkout. If you need assistance, contact us at hello@positivebakes.com.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, before dispatch. Contact us via email and if the order hasn't been dispatched, we can organise cancellation for you.
Can I change a delivery address once my order is dispatched?
Unfortunately this is not possible once the order is with our courier.
How do I track my order?
Log into your account for order updates. Once dispatched, you'll receive tracking information and can follow your delivery via our courier tracking.
What if I receive an incorrect item?

What if I'm not happy with my order?
Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and we'll help resolve the issue.
Can I return my treats?
As our products are perishable, standard 14-day return rights don't apply. However, we stand behind our quality and will work with you to resolve any genuine concerns raised within 24 hours of delivery.
Do you offer bulk orders for businesses?
Yes! We specialise in corporate gifts, employee appreciation, and bulk orders. Volume discounts available - contact corporate@positivebakes.com.
Can we have our corporate logo printed on products?
Yes! We offer logo printing for corporate orders. Minimum order quantities apply - get in touch to discuss your requirements.
Do you supply other businesses?

While you can collect orders in person, we don't have a retail site - we're a production bakery focused on online orders and wholesale partnerships.

Which charities do you support?
