What We Don't Handle

Our bakery is 100% free from:

  • Gluten (cereals containing gluten)
  • Crustaceans
  • Eggs
  • Fish
  • Peanuts
  • Soybeans (soya)
  • Milk (dairy)

  • Mustard
  • Sesame seeds
  • Sulphur dioxide and sulphites

All our treats are:

  • 100% plant-based
  • Completely gluten-free
  • Soya-free
  • Dairy-free
  • Egg-free
  • Free from all major allergens except tree nuts

Important: What We DO Use

We are NOT suitable for nut allergies.

We use almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, pecans and pistachios in our bakery. Whilst we maintain strict procedures, we cannot guarantee our products are safe for those with nut allergies.

Our modern bakery sits on a BRC-certified site within a gated community, designed specifically for allergen-free production. We don't share space, equipment, or suppliers with any facility that handles gluten, dairy, eggs, or soya.

This isn't retrofitting - this is purpose-built perfection.

How We Ensure Zero Contamination

Supplier Control

Every ingredient is certified and tested before entering our facility. We only work with suppliers who can guarantee their products are free from gluten, dairy, eggs, and soya. Many of our ingredients are organic, and all are completely traceable from source to your door.

Storage & Shelf Life

Shelf Life: All products are dispatched with minimum 5-day shelf life (some products last much longer - see individual product pages for details).

Storage: Store in the refrigerator once received. Some products can be frozen - check individual product pages for specific guidance.
