Not Happy with Your Order?

Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and we'll help resolve the issue.

Important: Perishable Goods Policy

As our products are perishable, standard 14-day return rights don't apply. However, we stand behind our quality and will work with you to resolve any genuine concerns.

All returns/refund requests must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.


Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Before dispatch: Contact us via email and we can organise cancellation
  • After placing: Orders cannot be amended once placed to protect against fraud
  • After dispatch: Delivery addresses cannot be changed once with our courier
  • Please ensure all order details and delivery addresses are correct at checkout

Quality Guarantee

We guarantee our treats will arrive in optimum condition when delivered on our next-day service. However, we cannot accept responsibility for quality issues if:

  • You delay delivery by rearranging with the courier
  • Products are left unattended after delivery
  • Products aren't stored correctly upon receipt

For the best experience: Unpack immediately upon delivery and store as instructed.
